Its a deal that could bolster their computer server products against rivals such as Hewlett-Packard.

Sun Microsystems, Inc. and Fujitsu Limited announced the launch of the SPARC Enterprise T5440 server.
This is the first server to deliver the scalability and reliability of traditional midrange systems with the breakthrough performance and radical energy efficiency of the UltraSPARC T2 Plus architecture, claimed the manufacturers.
