International Business Machines (IBM) is in talks to buy Sun Microsystems Inc for at least $6.5 billion, the Wall Street Journal reported.
Its a deal that could bolster their computer server products against rivals such as Hewlett-Packard.

This is the first server to deliver the scalability and reliability of traditional midrange systems with the breakthrough performance and radical energy efficiency of the UltraSPARC T2 Plus architecture, claimed the manufacturers.
